Not a whole lot to say on this one myself, but looks like things're taking a turn for the worse for the moment.
Pretty dialogue heavy page, isn't it? We get a bit more in the way of detail on the Valerie and Nicky situation, though. This chapter doesn't really go too much further into the situation than that, but sure we'll return to that issue soon enough.
Adam's Comments:
I kinda figured I could hold the fact that Nicky is the favorite under wraps for a bit longer, but as far back as chapter one people were asking me "Is Nicky the favorite" and it just seemed stupid to insult the fan's intelligence by pretending otherwise. We'll find out more on their relationship, including the reason for the favoritism, down the line.
Yeah, something eventually had to happen. ^^ Fighting the enemy that's showing up now was gonna take up most of the chapter but then I had so much fun with meeting the kids parents I had to go with that.
Who the e-mail's from and what they want? Well, we'll find out before this chapter's over. ^^
