Martin's Comments:
Turns out that black and white theme wound up getting a bit of a payoff here. Convenient how that worked out.

Not much else to say coloring-wise besides that. Been awhile so don't really call, but seem to recall this page taking me awhile to get around to. Also think this is our first actual introduction to our villainess and her group, but not sure.

Adam's Comments:
Yeah, black and white background did look neat here. ^^

This is around the point I started to realize I need to get around to introducing the villains in this comic. Like.... naming them. I never did it with Mr. Mech in the last chapter and only just namedropped Martina. Her number two in the mask is Franklin, more about the both of them later. Villain in the next chapter, thankfully, gets her name dropped more often. Sort of.

Really, it feels weird having certain characters give themselves silly superhero names. The kids are naturally into that sort of thing, being kids, but the villains are grown-ups and many of them are dead serious about their evil-doing. Mech didn't wear a costume and Martina's interesting attire is based around her cult.

Modern comic villains just don't seem like the kind to give themselves ridiculous names and costumes anymore. For some reason we tolerate it from our good guys (They're supposed to look like idiots in tight pants), but not from them.

good job!

though, when the preistess is speaking, is she supposed to be speaking so formally? I dunno, it just sounds a bit awkward....but what do I know. :p
